PROCESS
STEP 1 – BOOK AN APPOINTMENT
Schedule an appointment using our online tool or contact us so we can arrange a time that works for you. We also offer a no-obligation consultation at our studio or virtually via Zoom if you'd like to get to know us better before placing an order.
STEP 2 – CONSULTATION AND MEASUREMENT
During our first meeting, we will take your body measurements as well as measurements from the sample to ensure a unique fit for the garment. Next, during the first meeting, we will discuss aesthetic aspects such as fabrics, design, and garment details. Throughout this process, we actively guide the client to achieve the best result.
Duration: approx. 1–2 hours
STEP 3 – FITTING
Approximately 8–10 weeks after the first meeting, we schedule the fitting. During this meeting, we make the necessary alterations to the garment you ordered. Depending on the alterations required, we may need a second or third fitting to ensure the best possible fit.
Duration: approx. 1 hour
STEP 4 – DELIVERY
Approximately 2–4 weeks after the final fitting, the product is ready for delivery. The client can enjoy his fully handmade garment, made in Italy.
